• Comment: True professionals! First time I worked with this company to have my 3 wool/silk rugs cleaned. From the beginning, talking with Helaine, I knew it would be a good experience as she was friendly and professional and willing to schedule a pickup that would work for me. Their pricing was reasonable - as I had a quote from a competing firm that specializes in these kinds of rugs to compare to. The rugs were not only beautifully cleaned but they had them finished in 2 weeks and were able to deliver on a day that was convenient for me. The men that delivered were very well trained to place the rugs pads perfectly and carefully move the furniture in order to do so. Everything was a good experience! I will be using them again and recommend them to anyone with fine rugs!
