• Comment: I have a very large, very valuable area rug in our main living area that I sent to Ashly Fine Rugs for its first ever professional cleaning after 7 years of ownership. We have 7 children who do not always obey the rule to eat only in the kitchen and a dog that had many potty accidents on the rug. I spot treated the rug when I caught an accident and ran over it with a steam mop every now and then to freshen it up but it was still very obviously dirty and smelled a little funky in certain areas.
  AFR picked up my rug and delivered it back to me 14 days later looking brand new. The total cost for the cleaning including pickup and delivery and tax was around $520. I won a coupon for $100 off in a drawing so paid around $420. That seemed rather costly and going without the rug for 2 weeks in the main living area when we had guests in our home several times in that period when the rug wasn't actually cleaned until the very end of the 14-day window was challenging for this woman who likes to have everything looking perfect for company. However, I am extremely pleased with the service and will absolutely do it again! I look forward to buying my next rug from them as well. Thank you!
