• Comment: We had a water heater burst and flood our den. The 11x14 rug in it was saturated. I called ashly fine rugs who I had used previously for cleaning and they sent their guys out to extract the water and take the rug for cleaning and drying. They were there within 2 hours. They do an excellent cleaning and are easy to work with. Highly recommend.
